New registrations and insolvencies of companies in June 2012
In June 2012, 185 new private limited companies were registered compared with 145 in June 2011. The largest number of new registrations was in Real estate activities. In the first 6 months of 2012, 922 new private limited companies were registered, which is about 5% increase compared with the same period in 2011.
In June 2012, there were 51 corporate insolvencies. The largest number of insolvencies was in Construction and also in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles. In the first 6 months of 2012, there were 572 corporate insolvencies, which is about 32% decrease compared with the same period in 2011.
