Producer Price Index, 2. quarter 2004
The Producer Price Index (PPI) for the second quarter of 2004 is 100.0 points, 1.9 percent higher than in the previous quarter. The PPI for fish products is 97.2 points, 1.1% higher than in the previous quarter. The PPI for other manufacturing products is 102.3 points, 2.5 percent higher than in the previous quarter. The increase now is due mainly to an increase in prices of exported goods.
