Short term indicators in September 2009
| The CPI in August 2009 rose by 0.52% from the preceding month (0.68% less housing cost). Over the last 12 months the CPI rose by 10.9% (16.1% less housing cost) while the change over the last 3 months is equivalent to an annual inflation of 8.6% (13.3% inflation less housing cost). In Iceland, the HICP rose by 0.7% in July but decreased by 0.55% in the EEA. |
