New registrations and insolvencies of limited liability companies in February 2011

In February 2011, 125 new private limited companies were registered, which is about 15,5% decrease from February 2010 when 148 new private limited companies were registered. The largest number of new registrations was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles and Financial and insurance activities.

In February 2011, there were 130 corporate insolvencies compared with 84 in February 2010, which is about 55% increase. The largest number of insolvencies was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles.
