Building cost index 2007
A new issue of the Statistical Series about the Building cost index 2007 has been released. The issue shows the development of the BCI in the previous twelve months.
The building cost index rose by 6.3% in the period from December 2006 to December 2007. Labour cost increased by 5.2% (effect on index 2.7%) and material cost increased by 7.6% (3.6%).
