The building cost index compiled in the middle of November 2016 is 130.2 points (December 2009=100), 0.4% lower than in the previous month.

The price decrease is due to a 1.0% decrease in imported material (effect on the index -0.2%) and 0.5% price decrease in domestic material (-0,2%) between months.

In the last twelve months the BCI has increased by 1.6%. The index applies to December 2016.
