The building cost index compiled in the middle of June 2015 is 123.8 points (December 2009=100), 0.5% higher than in the previous month.
The price increase is mainly due to a rise in prices of domestic materials which increased by 1.1% between months (effect on the index 0.4%). In the last twelve months the BCI has increased by 2.6%. The index applies to July 2015.
