Statistics Iceland has published a paper on the implementation of a quality management system based on the European Statistics Code of Practice. The paper describes how Statistics Iceland has approached the implementation and explains the idea behind the structure of the system. In particular, this paper explains how Statistics Iceland has used the GSBPM for process mapping.
