At the presidential elections in Iceland on 1 June 2024, there were 266,778 registered voters and 215,644 voters cast their votes in 63 municipalities. The voter turnout was 80.8%, which is higher than in the 2020 presidential elections when it was 66.9%. Female voters‘ turnout was 83.3%, males‘ 78.3% and binary/others 67.1%.
