In the first 6 months 1,023 new private limited companies were registered, which is 11% increase compared with the same period in 2012.

In June 2013, there were 70 corporate insolvencies. Largest number of insolvencies was in wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles. In the first 6 months of 2013, there were 531 corporate insolvencies, which is about 7% decrease compared with the same period in 2012.
