According to preliminary figures for July 2015, the value of exported goods amounted to over ISK 51,900 million fob and the value of imported goods amounted to almost ISK 56,400 million fob. Thus, there was a deficit of ISK 4,400 million in July 2015, calculated on fob value.
Note that an estimation for fuels purchased abroad by Icelandic ships and aircraft is now included in the preliminary figures.
