According to preliminary figures for August 2013 the value of exported goods amounted to ISK 44,200 million fob and the value of imported goods amounted to ISK 41,200 million fob. Thus, there was a trade surplus of ISK 3,000 million in August 2013, according to the preliminary figures, calculated on fob value.
