According to preliminary figures for September 2011 the value of exported goods amounted to ISK 62,500 million fob and the value of imported goods amounted to ISK 47,000 million fob. Thus, there was a trade surplus of ISK 15,500 million in September 2011, according to the preliminary figures, calculated on fob value.
