In January 2019, value of exported goods in BOP* was estimated 60,400 million ISK and value of imported goods was estimated 52,100 million. Hence, a surplus of balance of trade in goods in BOP was estimated 8,300 million. Export of services was estimated 43,300 million ISK in January 2019 and import of services was estimated 31,600 million. Hence, the surplus of balance of trade in services was estimated 11,700 million ISK in January. Total export of trade in goods and services was therefore estimated 103,700 million ISK in January and total import of trade in goods and services was estimated 83,700 million ISK. The surplus of balance of trade in goods and services was estimated 20,000 million ISK in January 2019.
