According to preliminary figures for April 2014 the value of exported goods amounted to ISK 37,500 million fob and the value of imported goods amounted to nearly ISK 44,500 million fob. Thus, there was a trade deficit of nearly ISK 7,000 million in April 2014, according to the preliminary figures, calculated on fob value.
