The value of demersal catch increased by 15.5% from one September to another.The value of catch in September 2015 was 12 billion ISK, which is 9.6% less than in September 2014.
For the 12 month period from October 2014 to September 2015 the total value of catch increased by 11.1%. This was mostly due to ISK 9.8 billion increase invalue of demersal catches and 3.7 billion increase in the catch of pelagics.
