Building cost index for December 2011

The Building Cost Index compiled in the middle of November 2011 is 111.6 points (December 2009=100), 0.2% higher than in the previous month. Prices of domestic materials decreased by 1.3% (effect on the index -0.5%) while prices of imported materials rose by 2.5% (0.7%). The index applies to December 2011.

In the last twelve months the BCI has increased by 10.7%.
