The Building Cost Index compiled in the middle of September 2004 stood at 302.3 points (June 1987=100) and is 0.07 per cent higher than in the previous month. The index applies to October. Comparable Index older base (December 1982=100) is 967 points.
In the last twelve months the BCI has risen by 5.2 per cent.
