The building cost index compiled in the middle of March 2013 is 118.7 points (December 2009=100), which is unchanged from the previous month. Prices of imported materials decreased by 0.6% (effect on the index -0.2%) while prices of domestic materials increased by 0.2% (0.1%) and labour cost also rose by 0.2% (0.1%). The index applies to April 2013.
In the last twelve months the BCI has increased by 4.6%.
