The building cost index compiled in the middle of October 2014 is 120.6 points (December 2009=100), 0.1% higher than in the previous month. Prices of domestic materials increased by 0.3% which explains the change in the index. Other subindices had negligible effect. The index applies to November 2014.
In the last twelve months the BCI has increased by 1.4%.
