Changes to release dates

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the statistical release on births in 2012, due 19 February 2013, will be postponed until 5 Mars 2013. 

Release of data on population by foreign origin 1 January 2013, due 5 Mars 2013, will be postponed until 19 Mars 2013.
