The building cost index in March 2025 increases by 0.6% from the previous month. The price of imported materials increased by 0.8% while the price of domestic materials decreased by 0.1%. Meanwhile, labour costs increased by 1.3% and cost of machinery, transport and energy consumption by 0.8%.
