The producer price index (PPI) was unchanged between December 2017 and January 2018. Prices of marine products increased by 2.0% (effect on the index 0.5%) while prices of power intensive industry products decreased by 1.5% (-0.5%).
The PPI has increased by 1.7% from January 2017 to January 2018. Thereof prices of marine products have increased by 2.8% while other industry decreased by 6.6%. Prices of power intensive industry products have increased by 8.2% but prices of food decreased by 0.2% in the same period. Exported products increased by 4.1% in one year, while products sold domestically decreased by 2.8%.
