The producer price index (PPI) decreased by 1.0% between December 2018 and January 2019. Thereof prices of power intensive industry products decreased by 1.9% (effect on the index -0.6%), price of other manufacturing industry decreased by 3.0% (-0.6%). The prices of marine products increased by 0.6% (0.1%) and prices of food products increased by 0.6% (0.1%).
The PPI increased by 8.4% from January 2018 to January 2019. Thereof prices of marine products increased by 11.9%, prices of power intensive industry products increased by 10.6%, prices of other manufacturing industry increased by 4.5% and prices of food increased by 3.5% in the same period.
Exported products have increased by 11.3% in one year, while products sold domestically have increased by 3.0%.
