The producer price index (PPI) in June 2015 was 221.8 points (4. quarter 2005 = 100), which is 0.4% lower than in the previous month. The PPI for fish products was 277.3 points which is 1.0% higher than in May 2015 (effect on the index 0.3%) and the PPI for power intensive industry products was 225.8 points, 1.1% lower than in the previous month (-0.4%). The PPI for food products increased by 0.2% (0.0%) and the PPI for other manufactured products decreased by 1.9% (-0.3%).
The PPI for domestically sold products was 0.4% (-0.1%) lower than in the previous month while the index for exported products decreased by 0.3% (-0.3%).
Compared with June 2014 the PPI has increased by 11.0%. The PPI for fish products increased by 9.2% and the PPI for power intensive industry has increased by 20.2%. The price of food products has increased by 0.3%.
