The number of persons in the labour force in the 4th quarter of 2014 was 185,700 corresponding to an activity rate of 80.9%. The number of employed persons was 178,800 while unemployed persons were 7,700. The employment rate was 77.5% and the unemployment rate was 4.1%. From the 4th quarter of 2013 the number of employed persons has increased by 1,800 and the employment rate increased by 0.5 percentage points.
