Statistics Iceland conducted its fourth user satisfaction survey from February-March 2015. The main results indicated that user satisfaction, both with regards to Statistics Iceland in general and specific categories of official statistics in particular, was similar to the results of previous user satisfaction surveys conducted in 2009 and 2013. User evaluation of different quality dimensions for specific statistical categories were less positive than the assessment of the same dimensions in 2013.
