The CPI in March 2010 rose by 0.55% from the preceding month (rose by 1.05% less housing cost). Over the last 12 months the CPI rose by 8.5% (CPI less housing cost rose by 12.0%) while the change over the last 3 months is equivalent to an annual inflation of 5.7% (10.1% inflation less housing cost). In Iceland, the HICP rose by 1.27% in February and by 0.27% in the EEA. Over the 12 months to February the HICP in Iceland rose by 10.7% and by 1.5% in the EEA.
