In the year 2013 full-time employee’s mean monthly regular salaries were 436 thousand ISK. Little more than 75% of full-time employees received regular salaries lower than 500 thousand per month. Regular salaries for men were 475 thousand ISK and 393 thousand ISK for women. The mean total salaries for full-time employees was 526 thousand ISK. Little less than 60% of employees received monthly total salaries lower than 500 thousand ISK.
