Statistics Iceland compiles data on economic aspects related to the environment and resources, including environmental taxes. Statistics Iceland analyses the impact of individual environmental taxes and how the tax burden affects individual industries. Data on environmental taxes are produced in parallel with national accounts. More publications related to the green economy are planned in the future, including on environmental expenditure and information on the production of environmental goods and services.
